Shipping Policy
Cutly orders are packed and dispatched from our office in Palmerston North, New Zealand.
We use NZ Couriers for our deliveries across New Zealand.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Estimated delivery times are:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $35 within New Zealand. Shipping rates for orders under $35 will be displayed at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
If your parcel appears lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with NZ Couriers to get it sorted.
